The company is one of the oldest subsidiaries of the Holding Company for Chemical Industries It was established in 1930 under the name Phillips is one of the oldest companies in the production of light bulbs In January 1998 the Egyptian government has bought the share of Philips in our company to become a 100% Egyptian under the name of El-Nasr Electric and Electronic Apparatus "NEEASAE"
